Ember Bloom & Lumen Rift
Acrylic on Canvas
This two-part series explores energy in motion. How color, texture, and directional force can embody moments of creation, tension, and transformation.
In Ember Bloom, a diagonal surge cuts through a field of ember-reds and burnt orange, scattering fractured strokes of yellow, blue, and white. The composition feels like a burst of molten light, where ash drifts upward and cool tones puncture the heat, holding the viewer between eruption and renewal. Lumen Rift shifts the energy into a vertical fault line, splitting radiant rose and gold into two opposing yet connected realms. Along this spine, dense layers of red and black collide with sharp knife-strokes of white and yellow, while brushwork radiates outward, giving the piece a sense of breath and pressure.
Together, the works form a dialogue between movement and stillness, fracture and fusion. Moments suspended in paint where light and color become forces of their own.
